Where is The Westcott Theater?

When I get to The Westcott where can I park?
We have plenty of free parking around the venue for you. There is a lot directly behind the venue where you can park, you can also park in the large lot behind Westcott Grocery and across from Recess. There is also plenty room on the street and side streets for you to park in as well, just be sure to read the signs around you to ensure that you're ok to park there. Please be respectful of our neighbors and don't leave trash in these lots. Just as a heads up, the lot in front of Dorian's is for their customers only, you will get towed if you park there.
Where can I purchase tickets for upcoming concerts?
You can purchase tickets online for all Westcott Theater shows on www.upstateshows.com. Our box office is open an hour before doors on all show days to purchase tickets as well. The Sound Garden in Armory Square also sell tickets to all upcoming Westcott Theater shows.
Can I use a credit/debit card to purchase tickets at the door?
Yes! We gladly accept most major credit cards at our box office and our bar.
What are your business hours at the theater?
We don't have set operational hours. We're normally there all day on show days and randomly on non-show days. Please give us a call or send us an email ahead of time to be sure we're there to help you.
Can I rent out The Westcott for a private party or to put on my own event?

Is there a photo/video/audio policy at The Westcott Theater?
Its always best to abide to our standard in-house policy which is; No flash photography, No pro cameras or anything with a detachable lens, No video recording and no audio recording. This will save you the hassle of having to take your camera back to the car. If you're inquiring about a press pass, your best bet would be to contact the artists.
Does The Westcott have seating?
The Westcott Theater has different set ups. Most shows are general admission standing however there are seats throughout the venue for those who cannot stand the entire time.
Does The Westcott Theater have a coat check?

What are the age requirements to attend shows at the Westcott?
Typically all shows at The Westcott Theater are all ages admitted. Occasionally, there are age restrictions. Please check the website before purchasing tickets to be sure.
Can I bring food and drinks into The Westcott
There is no outside food or drink allowed in The Westcott Theater. There is a full bar inside as well as a food truck out in the Westcott Courtyard during certain shows.
Are tickets available at the door the day of show?
Sometimes, unless the show sells out in advance. If a show is sold out in advance, we'll post it on the website. To avoid this, always purchase your ticket a head of time. By doing this you're guaranteed to get in!
If I show up later in the night, is the ticket cheaper?
The ticket costs is the same at the start of the night as it is at the end of the night. Be sure to get to the show early to get the most bang for your buck.

The Westcott Theater is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please make sure you bring all of your belongings with you when you leave after the show.
Does the Westcott Theater have a bar?
Yes. The Westcott Theater has a full bar that serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Be sure to try The Westcott Ale, brewed for us by our friends at Magic Hat.
Are tickets refundable? What if the show get canceled or rescheduled?
Tickets are nonrefundable - all sales are final. If a show gets canceled and you've purchased a ticket, you will get refunded. Please contact Frontgate Tickets (email: email@example.com, phone: 512.389.0315) to initiate the refund process. If the show gets rescheduled, your old ticket will be good for the new date.
What if I haven't received my purchased tickets in the mail?
Online ticket orders are processed through Frontgate Tickets, www.frontgatetickets.com. If you don't receive the mail order tickets, you must contact Frontgate to confirm they were not shipped. This is stated at the bottom of the confirmation email you receive upon purchase. The Westcott Theater has no control over mailed tickets and cannot accept emails as tickets on the day of the show.

TERMS OF SALE. Tickets sold through this website grant to the Customer only a revocable license to the bearer that may be revoked at any time for any reason. Resale or attempted resale of any ticket issued hereunder at a price higher than the face value appearing thereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Customer assumes all risk or danger incidental to the attraction, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the actual attraction. The terms of sale of each ticket issued pursuant to a transaction initiated on this website are subject to any and all terms imposed by the applicable Promoter. In order to be admitted to an event, each Customer must present the original ticket in its original, undamaged, unaltered form, to the applicable venue at the appropriate time. Entry may be refused for various reasons, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by the Promoter.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased through this website will be made. Each Promoter may have additional policies regarding refunds or exchanges, but Front Gate Tickets is entitled to retain all fees collected through this website for services that it performs in taking orders and delivering tickets, including shipping, handling and service charges.
EVENT CANCELLATION/CHANGES. Notwithstanding the issuance of tickets through this website, the venue and/or promoter may cancel any event. Also, the venue operator and/or event promoter may change the scheduled performers or change the event date without notice, and any such change will not be considered a cancellation of the performance. Where events are held at outdoor venues, the risk of inclement weather is assumed by the Customer. Events may be held regardless of weather conditions, as determined by the venue operator and/or event promoter. In the event that a promoter offers to refund the base ticket price of the canceled event, the customer must make the request for refund no later than 10 business days of the originally scheduled date. In the event that a performance is rescheduled and the base price refunds are authorized by the promoter, any refund request must be made to Front Gate Tickets prior to the show and all tickets must be returned to Front Gate Tickets no later than 10 business days after the rescheduled date/and or refund request whichever is earlier. Front Gate Tickets is entitled to retain all fees collected through this website for services that it performs in taking orders and delivering tickets, including shipping, handling and service charges, regardless of whether a show is rescheduled or canceled.
TREAT TICKETS LIKE CASH. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
When purchasing your tickets through Frontgate Tickets your email address may be added to the Westcott Theater and Westcott Theater affiliated mailing lists to receive information about the show you purchased tickets for or for other events.
