Where is The Westcott Theater?

The Westcott is located at 524 Westcott St. Syracuse, NY. We're are the same building that the Westcott Cinema used to occupy.

When I get to The Westcott where can I park?

We have plenty of free parking around the venue for you. There is a lot directly behind the venue that you can park at, you can also park in the large lot behind Sabastino's and Domino's Pizza. There is also plenty room on the street and side streets for you to park in as well, just be sure to read the signs around you to ensure that you're ok to park there. Please be respectful of our neighbors and don't leave trash in these lots. Just as a heads up, the lot in front of Dorian's is for their customers only, you will get towed if you park there.

Where can I purchase tickets for upcoming concerts?

You can purchase tickets online at thewestcotttheater.com. You can also get tickets for our shows at Soundgarden in Armory Square (Downtown Syracuse). If you want to avoid services fees all together, you can pick up tickets at The Westcott Theater box office during shows.

What are your hours at the theater?

We don't have set hours. We're normally there all day on show days and randomly on non-show days. Your best bet would be to give us a call.

Can I rent out The Westcott for a private party or to put on my own event?

Absolutely. We'd love to work with you, give us a call.

Does The Westcott have seating?

Not all the time. 95% of shows at the theater are standing room only. We do however offer limited seating on our comedy events and certain music events. If the show is partially seated it will say so on the website. Because of whatever circumstances if you cannot stand the entire show or you have a disability, let us know and we can make accomedations for you.

What are the age requirements to attend shows at the Westcott?

Typically all shows at The Westcott Theater are all ages admitted. Occasionally, there are age restrictions. Please check the website to make sure.

Are tickets available at the door the day of show?

Most of the time yes, unless the show sells out in advance. If a show is sold out in advance, we'll post it on the website. To avoid this question, purchase your ticket a head of time, by doing this you're guaranteed to get in.

Does the Westcott Theater have a bar?

Yes. The Westcott Theater has a full service bar (serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages). Be sure to try The Westcott Ale, brewed by our friends at Magic Hat.

Are Tickets refundable? What is the show get cancelled or rescheduled?

Tickets are not refundable, all sales are final. If a show gets cancelled and you've purchased a ticket, you will get refunded. If the show gets rescheduled, your old ticket will be good for the new date.

1. TERMS OF SALE. Tickets sold through this website grant to the Customer only a revocable license to the bearer that may be revoked at any time for any reason. Resale or attempted resale of any ticket issued hereunder at a price higher than the face value appearing thereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Customer assumes all risk or danger incidental to the attraction, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the actual attraction. The terms of sale of each ticket issued pursuant to a transaction initiated on this website are subject to any and all terms imposed by the applicable Promoter. In order to be admitted to an event, each Customer must present the original ticket in its original, undamaged, unaltered form, to the applicable venue at the appropriate time. Entry may be refused for various reasons, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by the Promoter.

2. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased through this website will be made. Each Promoter may have additional policies regarding refunds or exchanges, but Front Gate Tickets is entitled to retain all fees collected through this website for services that it performs in taking orders and delivering tickets, including shipping, handling and service charges.

3. EVENT CANCELLATION/CHANGES. Notwithstanding the issuance of tickets through this website, the venue and/or promoter may cancel any event. Also, the venue operator and/or event promoter may change the scheduled performers or change the event date without notice, and any such change will not be considered a cancellation of the performance. Where events are held at outdoor venues, the risk of inclement weather is assumed by the Customer. Events may be held regardless of weather conditions, as determined by the venue operator and/or event promoter. In the event that a promoter offers to refund the base ticket price of the canceled event, the customer must make the request for refund no later than 10 business days of the originally scheduled date. In the event that a performance is rescheduled and the base price refunds are authorized by the promoter, any refund request must be made to Front Gate Tickets prior to the show and all tickets must be returned to Front Gate Tickets no later than 10 business days after the rescheduled date/and or refund request whichever is earlier. Front Gate Tickets is entitled to retain all fees collected through this website for services that it performs in taking orders and delivering tickets, including shipping, handling and service charges, regardless of whether a show is rescheduled or canceled.

4. TREAT TICKETS LIKE CASH. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
