A: The Westcott is located at 524 Westcott St. Syracuse, NY 13210.

A: We have plenty of free parking around the venue for you. There is a lot directly behind the venue where you can park, you can also park in the large lot behind Westcott Grocery and across from Recess. There is also plenty room on the street and side streets for you to park in as well, just be sure to read the signs around you to ensure that you’re ok to park there. Please be respectful of our neighbors and don’t leave trash in these lots. Just as a heads up, the lot in front of Dorian’s is for their customers only, you will get towed if you park there.

A: You can purchase tickets online for all Westcott Theater shows on thewestcotttheater.com. The Sound Garden in Armory Square also sell tickets to all upcoming Westcott Theater shows.

A: Yes! We gladly accept most major credit cards at our box office and our bar.

A: There are no set hours of operation. We are open on all show days an hour before doors open.

A: Its always best to abide to our standard in-house policy which is; No flash photography, No pro cameras or anything with a detachable lens, No video recording and no audio recording. This will save you the hassle of having to take your camera back to the car. If you’re inquiring about a press pass, your best bet would be to contact the artists.

A: The Westcott Theater has different set ups. Most shows are general admission standing however there are seats throughout the venue for those who cannot stand the entire time.

A: Yes. It is located upstairs in the venue.

A: Typically all shows at The Westcott Theater are all ages admitted. Occasionally, there are age restrictions. Please check the website before purchasing tickets to be sure.

A: There is NO outside food or drink allowed in The Westcott Theater. There is a full bar located inside, you may want to get something to eat though before coming into the venue as there is NO RE-ENTRY.

A: Sometimes, unless the show sells out in advance. If a show is sold out in advance, we’ll post it on the website. To avoid this, always purchase your ticket a head of time. By doing this you’re guaranteed to get in!

A: No. The ticket cost is the same at the start of the night as it is at the end of the night. Be sure to get to the show early to get the most bang for your buck.

A: The Westcott Theater is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please make sure you bring all of your belongings with you when you leave after the show.

A: Yes. The Westcott Theater has a full bar that serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

A: Tickets are nonrefundable – all sales are final. If a show gets canceled and you’ve purchased a ticket, you will get refunded. The refund is automatic and will show up in your bank account a few days from the point of cancellation. If the show gets rescheduled, your old ticket will be valid for the new date.

A: Online ticket orders will be received through e-mail. From there you can choose to print your ticket or save it to your phone. Don’t worry if you don’t have a printer! We can look up your order at the Box Office and print your tickets for you when you arrive!

TERMS OF SALE. Tickets sold through this website grant to the Customer only a revocable license to the bearer that may be revoked at any time for any reason. Resale or attempted resale of any ticket issued hereunder at a price higher than the face value appearing thereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Customer assumes all risk or danger incidental to the attraction, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the actual attraction. The terms of sale of each ticket issued pursuant to a transaction initiated on this website are subject to any and all terms imposed by the applicable Promoter. In order to be admitted to an event, each Customer must present the original ticket in its original, undamaged, unaltered form, to the applicable venue at the appropriate time. Entry may be refused for various reasons, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by the Promoter.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased through this website will be made. Each Promoter may have additional policies regarding refunds or exchanges, but ShowClix is entitled to retain all fees collected through this website for services that it performs in taking orders and delivering tickets, including shipping, handling and service charges.

EVENT CANCELLATION/CHANGES. Notwithstanding the issuance of tickets through this website, the venue and/or promoter may cancel any event. Also, the venue operator and/or event promoter may change the scheduled performers or change the event date without notice, and any such change will not be considered a cancellation of the performance. Where events are held at outdoor venues, the risk of inclement weather is assumed by the Customer. Events may be held regardless of weather conditions, as determined by the venue operator and/or event promoter. In the event that a promoter offers to refund the base ticket price of the canceled event, the customer must make the request for refund no later than 10 business days of the originally scheduled date. In the event that a performance is rescheduled and the base price refunds are authorized by the promoter, any refund request must be made to ShowClix  prior to the show and all tickets must be returned to ShowClix no later than 10 business days after the rescheduled date/and or refund request whichever is earlier. ShowClix is entitled to retain all fees collected through this website for services that it performs in taking orders and delivering tickets, including shipping, handling and service charges, regardless of whether a show is rescheduled or canceled.

TREAT TICKETS LIKE CASH. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
When purchasing your tickets through ShowClix Tickets your email address may be added to the Westcott Theater and Westcott Theater affiliated mailing lists to receive information about the show you purchased tickets for or for other events.
