General Wonderland Forest FAQ 

Is there day hiking available?

Day hiking passes may be available day of the event, but all camping pass holders are given access all of the trails. 

Do we offer RV camping? Is there water, sewer, and electric hook up?

RV camping is available, but water, sewer, and electricity hook ups are not currently available on site. Generators are welcome on site to accommodate your needs. An outsourced pumping company can be utilized upon request for a fee.

Do we have wonderland merchandise?

Yes!!

Are pets allowed?

No pets with exceptions for service animals.

Are there ADA accommodations?

Wonderland has handicap parking available, please notify our parking attendants  upon your arrival and have your Handicap parking sticker visible. Please keep in mind that outside of these areas, Wonderland Forest is a very rugged terrain. If there are any further accommodations needed, please contact info@wonderlandforest.com.

Can I have a fire at my campsite?

Yes! Please exercise caution when in the forest. Wonderland Forest follows NYS guidelines and burn ban regulations

How do we check in for our campsite reservation and which site am I assigned to?

Wonderland Forest is currently primitive camping and you are not assigned to sites.

Is there day parking available?

Yes, day parking is available. You must buy a parking pass prior to your arrival or passes will be available at the box office. 

Can I tailgate in the parking lot?

NO. Tailgating is not permitted in the parking lot. 

When can I arrive?

Gate times and arrival recommendations will be released closer to the date.

Does Wonderland allow vendors at events?

Vendors are very welcomed at wonderland events. Please email info@wonderlandforest.com with which event you
are interested in vending at and one of our team members will
provide you with further information.

Will there be vendors in the camping/concert area? 

There will be a vendor village on site. 

Can we volunteer for Wonderland Events?

Yes! If you have any questions, email us at info@wonderlandforest.com and a team member will provide you with more information.

Do kids get in free?

Everyone needs a ticket for the event.

What if I am using a ride share service?

For events at the forest, your ride-share driver will be directed to the  designated rise share drop off for the event.  

Are there showers for General Admission primitive camping?

No

Do you need an RV pass if you want to car camp? 

Yes

Can you bring chairs/ shade tents/ blankets into the concert area? 

Chairs: No. There may be chairs for rent.

Blankets: Yes.

Tents: No

What is the difference between pit tickets and regular tickets?

Pit tickets will give holders access to the front of the stage. 

I don’t have a credit or debit card. Will vendors accept cash if that’s all I have with me?

Maybe. Wonderland Forest will not accept cash sales, but there is a cash to card conversion system at The Saloon. It is up to independent vendors if they would like to accept cash sales.
